Science Club

Science Club

“Science is a way of thinking much more than it is a body of knowledge”

–Carl Sagan

The Science Club at C.K.R.M College of Teacher Education serves as a hub for future educators to cultivate a deep appreciation for the sciences while enhancing their pedagogical skills. The club offers a variety of activities, such as hands-on experiments, science fairs, guest lectures by experts, and educational workshops. These initiatives are designed to encourage creative thinking, problem-solving, and the application of scientific concepts in teaching.

Members of the club also have opportunities to collaborate on projects that address real-world challenges, fostering a sense of community and a commitment to scientific inquiry. By participating in the Science Club, students can enrich their knowledge and develop innovative teaching strategies, preparing them to inspire the next generation of scientists and thinkers.

In order to inculcate a scientific culture and temper among students, the club in association with other departments, arranges special programmes on recent trends and developments in the field of Science.
